APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

- Complete text fields and print, or write in by hand.

- Bring print out to your next visit to SATE training

Membership in SATE is limited to 25 ensemble members; once your application is received, you will be placed on a waiting list. But all are welcome on Visitor Mondays (first Monday of the month) at the $15 per visit fee.
